Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.

Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Zypern (Nordteil), Färöer, Grönland, Älandinseln, Frankreich (überseeische Gebiete und Departments), Berg Athos, Kanalinseln, Livigno und Campione d'Italia, Niederlande (außereuropäische Gebiete), Kanarische Inseln, Ceuta, Melilla,

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

- Bestellungen bis 2 kg = 4,90 €
- Bestellungen über 2 kg bis 10 kg = 5,90 €
- Bestellungen über 10 bis 30 kg = 12,90 €
- Bestellungen über 30 kg = Auf Anfrage

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

- Bestellungen bis 5 kg = 15,00 €
- Bestellungen über 5 kg bis 10 kg = 20,00 €
- Bestellungen über 10 bis 20 kg = 30,00 €
- Bestellungen über 20 bis 31,5 kg = 40,00 €
- Bestellungen über 31,50 kg = Auf Anfrage

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 3 - 10 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

-  Prepayment via transfer
-  Cash on delivery (plus COD charges 7,50 € )
-  Payment via PayPal

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

-  Prepayment via transfer
